  • 400g Minced Pork, Chicken, Beef or shrimps
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups of Leek, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seed oil
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • A dash of Salt
