  • 2 c Beans, peeled
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Seasoning cube
  • Pepper as desired
  • 1 Onion bulb
  • Vegetable Oil for deep frying


  1. Grind the peeled beans with the onions to obtain a very thick paste
  2. Mix properly with a cube of seasoning, salt and pepper
  3. Scoop into balls and deep fry the beans balls
  4. Akara is enjoyed fresh and hot
