How can u use ur standard measuringcups to measure ingredients given in grams or kg
I guess it is 10eggs to 500grms cos I don't understand ur recipe
Hello guys, if you prefer baking using grams for your measurement, that's fine just refer to the measurement link to covert. But I find it easier baking with measuring cups.
Hi Homolarah, can I undertsnad what you are saying? is it 500g of flour you mean?
is it possible for all the sugar required in this recipe to go into the butter during creaming and can the cocoa powder be substituted with bournvita?
yes it's possible but we are trying to make it as fluffy as possible. also if you make your bournvita in powder form fine but watch your sugar content
Please, is a kilo of flour = 1000g? or 500g?
How many eggs can be used with a kilo of flour for cakes?
Tnks in advance as i await ur answers.....
The number of eggs you use for a particular cake depends on the cake you are baking. A kilo of flour is 1000g. You can check the measurement and conversions for more guidelines.
125g = 1 cup of flour

Is 1 1/3 in kg? Cos I don't understand d measurement
